Measure your Mental Fitness
Undertaking an appropriate, valid and reliable psychometric assessment will accurately establish your personality profile, which is of significant value to you if you are interested in effectively improving your mental fitness. We are proud to offer the MTQ-Plus Questionnaire, which measures the 8 factors relating to Mental Toughness, and the Well Being Assessment. As part of this Service, we include a comprehensive psychometric report and a virtual debriefing from a Get Mentally Fit psychologist. This process is an ideal introduction to systematically identifying your mental fitness needs.

Leader Support
Our one-to-one, individually customized, Leader Support service is designed to enhance your personal and professional mental fitness, while developing your leadership knowledge and capabilities. Your individual areas for personal and professional growth are identified, in collaboration with a Get Mentally Fit psychologist, which form the educational content of your ongoing support sessions.

Lunch & Learn Circuit
Our Lunch and Learn Circuit consists of a customised, coordinated series of workshops, designed to enhance whole team mental fitness and functioning. The educational content is strategically aimed at achieving your identified needs.

Mental Fitness Workshops & Seminars
These services are designed, for larger groups of people, as a more generic introduction to the core concepts relating to mental fitness. Participants will receive a practical, evidence-based framework of tools, knowledge and skills that are designed to empower highly effective, sustainable, and positive personal and professional behaviour formation.

Appreciative Inquiry Workshops & Summits
Deliberately following the AI model, for creating and forming collective, positive change, our face-to-face or virtual AI Workshops and Summits are uniquely designed to address your organisation’s specific interests and objectives, relating to enhancing performance.

Speaker or Panelist
At Get Mentally Fit we are always privileged to contribute at a conference or panel discussion, by providing an expert to compliment any discussion related to mental health practices. This Service can represent a short 30 to 60-minute in person or virtual seminar, a 1-hour panel discussion or a full-day workshop. Depending on your focus of inquiry for discussion we can effectively design mental health related content to compliment this.
