We understand it may be a bit daunting speaking to a psychologist, particularly if this is your first time. Your counselling session with Emily is a safe space for you to share any personal or work related issues you’re struggling with at the moment.
You may be experiencing issues with family and or workplace relationships, workplace stress, financial stress, addiction issues, health issues, workplace trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, sexual harassment, communication problems, vocational issues - work role change, organisational change, work/life satisfaction and workload.
This confidential counselling service is here to support your emotional wellbeing in the workplace and your personal life, and assist you in identifying and proactively addressing issues before they get more serious.

Emily expertly facilitates your EAP session. She proactively supports you to develop practical, preventive skills, that enhance sustainable mental wellbeing.
Emily effectively integrates Solutions Focussed Therapy, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mental Toughness and Resilience, Habit Forming, and Mindfulness within her evidence-based practice.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Most EAP sessions are virtual, however depending on location and your individual needs in-person sessions are available on request.
All EAP Services are confidential and bound by the Code of Ethics.
Information acquired through EAP participation will not be given to anyone outside EAP without the client’s consent, except as required or permitted by law. In all other cases, the consultant will only release information or initiate contact with another party with your express written consent.
If we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so in a discrete manner with no reference made to Get Mentally Fit unless we are speaking with you, or alternatively have your consent.
