We supply what you need to seamlessly onboard, launch and promote our EAP service within your workplace. Your employees can easily and confidentially book and access their EAP session same day, via an online booking system, telephone or e-mail.
On booking their EAP session, an employee receives a short online needs assessment, which ensures we’re prepared to best support them.
You decide on who is eligible to access your workplace EAP service. The majority of our clients make their EAP service available to their employees only. Some workplaces extend this service to family members as well. Either way, EAP is regarded to be a very positive benefit to employees and employers.
You decide how many EAP sessions employees receive. We recommend 3 sessions per employee, per presenting issue, which always ensures they’re appropriately supported to resolve any issue. On our recommendation, employers can decide to extend further sessions to an employee where necessary.
In all other cases, the consultant will only release information or initiate contact with another party with the employees express written consent.
