We provide everything you need to onboard, launch, and promote your EAP with ease.

Employees can book confidential, same-day support via our secure online booking system, phone, or email – no manager approval required.

You have control over customising the features of your EAP so they’re appropriate to your needs. 

You’re in Control
You choose who’s eligible – most employers cover staff, while others extend access to immediate family.

We recommend three sessions per presenting issue to ensure effective support. You can approve additional sessions if needed.

Every booking includes a brief online needs assessment, so our psychologist is ready to provide the best care from the first session.

Flexible Delivery to Suit Your Team
Standard EAP sessions are 60-minute virtual counselling appointments.
Face-to-face sessions and a half-day psych-on-site service are also available where appropriate or on request.

Extra Support For Higher-Risk Situations
