2 X Mental Toughness questionnaires (MTQ-Plus) exploring the key components of your Mental Toughness (pre & post program)

2 X Development reports, that outline the results from your MTQ-Plus questionnaires (pre & post program)

2 x 60 minute debriefs with an accredited workplace Psychologist, to interpret your MTQ-Plus results and your specific Leader Support plan (pre & post program)

6 x 1 hr Leader Support sessions (face-to-face or via video conference) exploring practical, evidence-based strategies to enhance your leadership skills
